The Resource Fairs at New Coug Orientation (NCO) Sessions and the All-Campus Picnic are excellent opportunities to share information about your group, sample your products, and introduce new and returning students, families, faculty, and staff to your organization.
Tabling is open to campus and community partners. Your sponsorship contributes to the cost of the resource fairs and provides financial assistance to families participating in NCO.

- Your logo will be featured in the sponsorship slideshow during NCO Welcome and on residence hall digital signage.
- Provide a small, approved promotional item to be included in student/family welcome tote bags.

2026 Cougar Sponsorship | $1,000 — REGISTRATION FULL
Cougar Sponsorship provides you the opportunity to get your organization in front of new Cougs at every event throughout the summer as well as at spring orientation in January.
- Table at all 9 Resource Fairs (dates and times below).
- Connect with 500+ students and 200-300 family members per event.
- Your logo will be featured in the sponsorship slideshow during NCO Welcome and on residence hall digital signage.
- Provide a small, approved promotional item to be included in student/family welcome tote bags.

You will receive a calendar invitation and additional details about 10 days before each event. All Summer Session Resource Fairs are hosted in the Compton Union Building (CUB) Senior Ballroom. Setup is from 10 – 10:30 a.m.
